Christina is an eclectic counselor she combines cognitive behavioral, solution focused, transgenerational and emotionally focused therapies. Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address personal life challenges. Christina originally from San Diego, CA resides in Nashville, TN with her husband John, daughter's Ava & Savannah, and two pugs. She enjoys spending her free time traveling, reading, writing songs, singing, and loving her family.
